Murals

Integrating murals into the architecture of our developments, ensuring that art is a fundamental aspect of the community’s visual landscape from the start, rather than an afterthought. Every five years, we will repaint all the murals during a two-week mural festival.

Artist Spaces

We will provide dedicated art spaces within our developments, offering youth creative outlets and valuable skills for careers in graphic design, marketing and more. We will also promote art from our programs through local exhibitions.

Sculpture

Establishing public art sculpture installations around our developments to enrich the visual landscape and foster a sense of community pride. These installations will showcase sculptures and other works created by residents, enhancing the cultural vibrancy of the area. Where possible our communities will offer sculpting workspaces.
